14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Tixo Accounting for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Be a first-time subscriber (refund policy applies once per customer)
  • Contact us at contact@tixo.digital with your refund request

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Additional services or add-ons purchased separately
  • Subscriptions that have been previously refunded

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email contact@tixo.digital with your account details and reason for refund
  2. We will process your request within 2-3 business days
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period (unless within 14-day guarantee period)
