1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using acc.tixo, including the acc.tixo Invoice PDF app for ChatGPT (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tixo Accounting provides cloud-based accounting and business management software for restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Transaction management and categorization
• Financial reporting and analytics
• Employee and contract management
• Tax calculation and reporting
• Integration with third-party services

2.1 Guest ChatGPT Invoice PDF

acc.tixo Invoice PDF accepts invoice details supplied through ChatGPT, generates a PDF, and returns a time-limited signed download URL in the conversation. The guest flow does not require a separate acc.tixo account, although ChatGPT and Cloudflare may require you to connect or authenticate the app.

2.2 Product Boundaries

The guest app does not email or send an invoice, save it to the acc.tixo accounting ledger, issue a fiscal document, submit it to a tax authority, collect money, or mark an invoice as paid. A generated PDF is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

If you use the guest ChatGPT Invoice PDF flow, the connected access identity is used only to authorise the request and enforce the free allowance. It does not create an acc.tixo accounting account or organisation membership.

4. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers, including OpenAI and Cloudflare for the ChatGPT Invoice PDF flow, only as necessary to provide and secure the Service or as required by law. 5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

The guest ChatGPT Invoice PDF allowance is currently up to three generated PDFs per calendar month and connected identity at no charge. It is separate from a paid acc.tixo subscription. We may change, suspend, or withdraw a free allowance, but the app should show the applicable limit before or when it affects your request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to evade identity, quota, security, or signed-link controls
• Provide personal, tax, or bank information that you do not have the right to process

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tixo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the invoice data you submit and for reviewing the generated PDF before use. In particular, you must verify numbering, dates, parties, calculations, tax treatment, bank details, currency, payment terms, and any disclosure required by applicable law. You must keep the signed PDF URL confidential; anyone with the complete URL may be able to download the file until it expires.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

Guest invoice inputs, generated PDFs, and signed delivery capabilities are temporary. Generated PDFs are scheduled for deletion within 35 days. Minimal pseudonymous quota records may follow the separate operational lifecycle described in our Privacy Policy. Download and store any PDF you need before its signed URL expires.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
