By accessing and using Tixo Accounting ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tixo Accounting provides cloud-based accounting and business management software for restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Transaction management and categorization
• Financial reporting and analytics
• Employee and contract management
• Tax calculation and reporting
• Integration with third-party services

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tixo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
