Review the fields
ChatGPT uses the values you supplied. If a required field is missing, it should ask rather than inventing business data.

The app creates the invoice and returns a signed download link directly in the conversation.
Invoice details
Use the details your invoice needs.
- Seller and customer names, addresses, and contact details
- Invoice number, issue date, due date, currency, and references
- Line-item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and tax details
- Payment notes and supported bank details that you choose to include
Important boundaries
A document generator, not your ledger.
- The app creates a PDF; it does not send or email the invoice.
- The invoice is not saved to the acc.tixo accounting ledger.
- The app does not issue a fiscal document, collect payment, or mark an invoice as paid.
- You remain responsible for reviewing the PDF and meeting local invoice and tax requirements.
Your invoice stays temporary.
Invoice inputs and generated PDFs are kept only to create and deliver the file, then scheduled for deletion within 35 days. The signed link expires no later than that deadline.
